1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how OmniSignal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Quorini, Inc., collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you utilize our Go-To-Market (GTM) signal intelligence platform, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We are deeply committed to protecting the security and privacy of your data. We collect only the essential information required to deliver our GTM insights and implement robust, industry-standard security measures to safeguard all data processed by our systems.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the GTM intelligence scanning and strategy recommendations, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Your name, business email address, company name, and related profile settings provided during registration.
  • Integration Credentials & API Tokens: OAuth authorization tokens, sync credentials, or API keys required to connect and synchronize signals from your third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and professional social networks).
  • GTM & CRM Signal Data: Fragmented customer touchpoints, interaction records, search pattern metadata, competitor content histories, and audience engagement metrics retrieved from your connected platforms for the purpose of compiling strategy recommendations.
  • Billing Information: Payment card details processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, platform usage statistics, page load speeds, and diagnostics logs to help maintain and improve Service performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to deliver and improve our Services, including:

  • Processing and analyzing GTM signals to generate customized inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Maintaining active integration pipelines and synchronizing data as configured by you.
  • Managing your user account, handling Stripe transactions, and sending billing notifications.
  • Providing priority customer support and troubleshooting platform behavior.
  • Monitoring system security, preventing unauthorized access, and detecting abuse.

No Advertising Profiling: We do not sell your personal data, CRM records, or platform intelligence, nor do we share it with advertisers or profile your users for third-party marketing.

4. Data Sharing & Secure Cloud Processing

We share your data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality and security terms:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: All data is stored and processed securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in isolated database and server environments.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe handles billing transactions, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data, including:

  • Encryption of all data in transit using HTTPS/TLS (Transport Layer Security) and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Strict tenant isolation to ensure that your integrated CRM credentials and signal data are completely inaccessible by other customer workspaces.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) limiting internal access to customer databases.
  • Regular audits, security monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlines in this Privacy Policy:

  • Active integration tokens and credentials are deleted immediately upon disconnect of the integration or cancellation of the account.
  • Account information is maintained until you request account deletion.
  • Database backups are securely rotated and retained for a maximum of seven (7) days.
  • Anonymized performance telemetry may be kept longer for system improvements.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may exercise the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we store about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate details in your settings panel.
  • Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated integrations.
  • Withdraw Consent: Revoke API permissions at any time, which will immediately cease scanning activities.
